So, I have been replacing 2 meals (breakfast and lunch) with the Formula 1 shake for a few weeks now, and I think they are working fine. I don’t think I have lost noticeable weight yet, but it really has to do with my nearly zero physical activities. I know I am not gaining more weight though, and the clothes do feel slightly looser – hoping it’s not a psychological effect.
The problem with going with solely Formula 1 for weight management has its drawback. It is not filling enough, and I confess that I snacked on plain cream crackers to deal with the occasional hunger pangs. I want to stop that!
I have just ordered wheatmeal crackers in the next grocery delivery, it is a preferred choice over cream crackers.
In addition, I ordered 2 more canisters of Herbalife Formula 1 shake mix (chocolate and vanilla, mix 1 scoop of each flavor, and your shake will taste great!), and Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder. It is said to help curb with hunger pangs.
I am mixing 1 level tablespoon of the protein powder into my milk shake for the past two days, and I have to say that it does help with the hunger pangs. It doesn’t alter the taste of the shake.
