Herbalife Aloe Vera Mango Concentrate

My mother swears by the Herbalife Aloe Vera Mango Concentrate. The first bottle she tried was bought with the local distributor, and there was (not sure if it still is) only the original flavor sold in Singapore.

The women in my household have the similar health concerns, including gastritis, Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and related problems.

At one point, GERD crippled my daily functions; I could not swallow food, including fluid or my saliva. Although I was happy with the weight loss, I can’t say it justified the inconvenience and discomfort.

My mother loves the noticeable effectiveness of the drink; she absolutely hates and resists the ‘awful’ (as she said it) taste and aftertaste of the original flavor aloe vera drink.

Herbalife products

The mango flavor is only available in countries, and Singapore is not one of them. I read some rave reviews on the mango flavored aloe drink, as compared to the original flavor and ordered one bottle of it, together with the shake mix (to aid in weight management).

My reflux problem has improved, but I don’t believe it ever goes away completely. Occasionally, some foods still trigger. I tried the mango flavored aloe vera drink, and I have to say that it’s really quite pleasant. It is not sweet, but the my smell sensor says otherwise – it’s really neurological. We often associate mango with sweet and fruity, that’s what you get when you drink, although it’s really not sweet. Similarly, the scent of the original flavor triggers the mind to associate with raw cut grass. See, grassy scent is refreshing to wake up to, but not so much for ingestion.

Good article. Everything you say it true, except for the last line. I would not purchase online from places like amazon or ebay. This does not ensure quality. You can always purchase from a distributor and not have to be involved in the business. When you do this you can have it shipped anywhere in the world and its quality will be guaranteed or your money back!

I guess you have a point there; but I leave it to individual’s preferences. Standard and code of practices vary from places to places, as the same applies to online merchant. That said, I concur that if quality of product is in question, going to the direct source is always a better option.
